Easter 2014
We had a lovely Easter. It's always hard to be away from family on Holidays but knowing we will be going back to Kentucky in a few short weeks made it a lot easier. We LOVE our church. It happened to be baptism weekend on Easter weekend, so 8 services and 117 Baptisms later, it was safe to say we were shot. We are still BLOWN AWAY with what God did at Compass over the weekend. After coming home and resting a bit, we headed over to some dear friends house for dinner, swimming and even an egg hunt. We are truly blessed. I can't believe this was the babies 2nd Easter (you can see their first Easter HERE.) Before the babies and I headed off to church, I created a little egg hunt outside. They weren't super into it but certainly had fun. I think next year will be the first year that they really understand and love the egg hunt. We are SO blessed to serve a RISEN Lord and we love celebrating what Jesus did for us. Certainly the most meaningful holiday as a Christian. The babies were NOT cooperating for a posed picture, but here is what we got for Easter 2014...
