Here is what you will need...
1 whole wheat pizza crust
1 corn on the cob
1t sugar
1/4c parmesean cheese
Pesto (enough to cover pizza)
mozerella cheese (buffalo works best)
1 container of cherry tomatos
Cut tomatos in half and add salt and pepper |
Cut corn off the cob (should equal 1/2 cup) and add sugar and cheese |
Spread pesto on pizza (we made our own but you can buy store bought too) |
add corn mixture |
add mozerella and then tomatos |
bake for 15 mins at 450 |
