Watch us grow...

Tuesday, September 3, 2013

It is truly a miracle to watch God create life and then watch that life grow! We are so thankful for healthy growing babies. It has been a joy to carry them inside and outside by body. Here is a look back on the babies growth...

Thank you all for all the love, prayer and support through out my pregnancy and babies first year! We are so excited to continue to watch them grow and try to soak in each and every moment!

I know this pregnancy isn't going to be easy, but we are so looking forward to meeting our little angels (not for MONTHS, please, God!!) And every minute will be worth it in the end. 6. Your babies are beautiful! What a huge blessing. Do you mind if I ask whether you had them via IVF?

  7. I'm loving your blog and I've come back a few times to check out these belly pics. I'm only 10 weeks with twins and wondering when my belly will pop. I love love love your chalkboard. Can I ask how big it is and where you got it? Or did you make it? And do you use it now? Just curious if I should jump on board with this idea. I think it's such a creative way to keep track of this magical time. :)

    1. Thank you so much Hilary and CONGRATS on your pregnancy! You are truly in for the BIGGEST blessing!!! My pants started getting tight around 8-10 week and by 12 definitely had a little bump! Thank you for the sweet words on the chalkboard! I got an old ugly frame at good will and painted it white and then went to Lowe's and had them cut a piece of wood to fit and then painted it with chalkboard paint. It's wonderful because I use the chalkboard for all sorts of stuff now!! Its pretty big, I would say about 3x4 feet. I hope you can follow my blog each week in your pregnancy to give you encouragement! You can totally do this! I would also highly recommend "When You're Expecting Twins, Triplets, or Quads 3rd Edition: Proven Guidelines for a Healthy Multiple Pregnancy" for your pregnancy. I give it lots of credit in having me carry my babies full term. Praying for you and thanks for stopping by!

  15. Hi! Like the previous poster, I too just found out (a week ago) that I am having twins! And I also found your pictures and blog through Pinterest. No joke, I read all of your pregnancy posts, through labor/delivery and the first 5ish months or so after birth in one sitting (and then continued to browse through the rest of the posts jumping around). Thank you so much for posting your entire journey. It makes me feel so excited and anxious for the next 7 months (and beyond!). What part of Dallas do you live in? My husband and I just relocated from Arizona to Dallas as well, so I was pleasantly surprised to see that's where you live too. :)

    1. CONGRATS! You are in for the BIGGEST blessing you can imagine. My biggest advice to you is read and follow everything in the book "When You're Expecting Twins, Triplets or Quads" by barbara Luke. It is a little extreme but full of amazing tips on giving your body every chance to carry to term. You can order off amazon and I credit it to my full term pregnancy. Again, CONGRATS and thank you so much for reading :) You'll do great!

  19. Oh your babies are beautiful! I love this blog post. I needed it after this weekend. I am feeling like it's going to be impossible to make it to full term with twins! I am 24 weeks right now and I feel soooooo heavy!!! Thank you, those babies at the end made me tear up because that is what it is all about!
